      Laars FT 100-140 Boiler Manifold

      Item Details:

      System Connection Size1-1/4 in.
Indirect Water Heater Connection Size1 in.

Manifold Accessory for Residential Wall-Hung Firetube Boilers

The manifold return and supply connections will mate directly to the supply and return connections on the bottom of
the boiler. Anti-seize / thread sealant is recommended on the connections. Be sure to use the supplied gaskets in the return and supply unions.

The P2135900 manifold is designed to mate with a 1¼" heating system loop, and the P2135800 manifold is designed to mate with a 1½" heating system loop. If the system loop is a different size, use appropriate fittings to adapt. This kit is equipped with a ¾" adapter for the pressure relief valve that is shipped with the boiler, as shown in the drawing below. It is strongly suggested that this location is used for the boiler's pressure relief valve, but if the user chooses to put the pressure relief valve elsewhere, this connection must be plugged.

To accommodate systems that use an indirect water heater, this manifold is equipped with indirect water heater connections, as shown in the drawing below. The manifold is shipped with these connections capped. The connections must remain capped if not used. If an indirect water heater is to be connected, remove the caps and connect to the indirect water heater piping. It is important to note that when an indirect water heater is connected to this manifold, the boiler must give domestic water priority to the indirect water heater pump (not included with boiler or manifold kit).

Ensure system water flow moves in the correct direction.
